It’s fair to say that the likelihood of me becoming their owner is slim, but hey, a girl can dream right? Besides, we can all buy into a brand’s legacy by wearing an affordable fragrance, and that is pretty much the deal with most designers. Imagine femininity, luxury and style, all captured in one scent. Introducing the Jimmy Choo Eau De Parfum, the original fragrance for her. Described as "feminine and empowering", the Jimmy Choo Parfum was the first scent created and within the Jimmy Choo fragrance family back in 2011. The Eau De Parfum is well-known for its seductive composition and exotic aroma, perfect for the strong-minded, wild-hearted, free-spirited and independent woman, which is clearly represented amongst the Jimmy Choo Parfum legacy.
The original Jimmy Choo Eau De Parfum bottle was inspired by Murano glass. Both time and attention were devoted to the bottle’s appearance so that it would be desirable on a nightstand. Whilst the bottle represents femininity, exotic prints are part of the Jimmy Choo DNA and the python print wrapped around the box is an iconic signature reference to this. Naturally jimmy Choo’s family of scents has expanded over the years and the textured glass bottle has become an iconic characteristic to the perfume collection.

The Jimmy Choo Eau De Parfum has luminous green top notes, a heart of rich and exotic tiger orchid and lingering sensual base notes of sweet toffee and Indonesian patchouli, all of which have a sensual memory to linger on the skin.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS JIMMY CHOO EAU DE PARFUM
The Jimmy Choo Eau De Parfum is described as modern and floral with notes of tiger orchid, sweet toffee and Indonesian Patchouli, upon spraying the fragrance, light cords of vanilla are present. It’s sugary, but not overly sickly or sweet. The Jimmy Choo Parfum meets the balance of fruity, with a rather interestingly unique undertone which invokes sensuality and makes it suitable for evening wear. I would even go as far to say that the Jimmy Choo Parfum would be one to wear on special occasions with a sparkly dress, or even to give as a thoughtful gift this Mother’s Day to make your Mum feel special.
I adore The Jimmy Choo Eau de Parfum, and have done so since I discovered the scent five or so years ago. If you’re a regular reader of my fragrance reviews, you may know that I tend to gravitate towards intense, mysterious, long-lasting fragrances. The Jimmy Choo Parfum is a step out of the regular in terms of what I would reach for, as the fragrance could be categorized and sweet, fruity feminine and playful. Yet, there’s more to the scent than meets the eye, which makes it highly enticing and mysterious. The scent is detectable on the skin for 6-8 hours. Luckily, it’s one of the fragrances which you notice throughout the day, so it’s a scent which you can enjoy as well as those around you.
